## Approach
A Streamlit prototype with voice and text input over eight-plus Indian languages. Text conversion is modular, so it can switch between Google Cloud Translation and open-source multilingual models, which cut paid-API dependency by 70%. Facebook's mBART handles the multilingual translation, with an average BLEU improvement of 15% over the Google Translate baseline.
