Sentinel
Governance risk oracle for Solana DAOs, live on devnet.

Problem
DAO votes on Solana are public, but nothing reads them for risk. A proposal that passes on a burst of last-minute votes from a handful of wallets looks the same as one with broad, steady participation. Voters and treasuries get no on-chain signal that tells the two apart.
Approach
Sentinel keeps per-proposal metrics in program-derived accounts: total votes, votes cast in the final window, and how concentrated those late votes are. A risk instruction folds them into a LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH advisory signal that any program or frontend can read. The oracle is advisory only. It never touches DAO execution, so it sits next to an existing governance program without changing it.
What I'd do next
- Index Realms proposals automatically instead of registering them by hand.
- Cluster wallets by funding source so Sybil late votes count as one.
